Janey Jahner Posted October 21, 2020 Report Share Posted October 21, 2020 (edited) I was getting a 401 error and after reading this form, it said to do a download, which I did. The error went away, but now it says I am in trial mode. I tried to enter my serial number, but it says the serial number does not exist. How do I get my software back??
