I first downloaded Nitro Pro 12 and tried to upgrade it, but that didn't work so I installed Pro 13, which I own, but the Activation assistant does not recognize my serial number, that I got from an earlier email. When I click activate with the serial number from a previous email, the Nitro Pro Activation Assistant says, "The serial number entered doesn't exist. Click 'Back' and make sure that you have entered the serial number correctly. If you still have problems, please contact support via the link below: I have uninstalled the previous version.
