Howard Robertson Posted October 23, 2020 Report Posted October 23, 2020 Hello, Each time I launch Nitro Pro 12 I receive an error message stating, "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)." When I click "OK" the error message disappears and Nitro seems to operate fine. However, this error message is rather annoying and with amount of money I paid for the software, it should be running error free. I am running v. 12.16.3.574 and my OS is Windows 10 64-bit 2004.

Could you please open your Nitro Pro 12.16, confirm the error message, logout from Nitro Sign at the upper-right corner of the program and re-login? How did it go?
