When I enter my serial number (180886818144075367) to attempt to activate online I get an error 20 stating the license number is invalid. Please help with reactivation!! Did you purchase your program from Indigo Software? If not, where did you purchase it and did they just send you an email to they ask first for the software's installation ID before providing the serial number? If yes, could you please share the email message or the invoice they have sent you after purchasing? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. The Legends-Shop is not an authorized Nitro re-seller and the serial number they sold to you seems to be a cracked version, this is the reason why that serial number do not exist in our system, Nitro's licensing server. When you purchase a Nitro Pro license from a legit re-seller or directly from Nitro, you will automatically receive a serial number. Looking at the files you provided, they asked first for the software's installation ID before providing the serial number then instructed you to manually activate the software that did not go through our licensing server. Legit and authorized re-sellers ( https://www.gonitro.com/partners ) will not ask for the installation ID before providing a serial number. My apologies but Nitro Support cannot assist you further due to a serial number that do not exist in our licensing server. Is there anyway to purchase 1 license for Nitro PRO and not the Productivity Suite edition? I do not see that option available on your pricing page. To purchase NPS, please revisit our Pricing Page, go for 'Nitro Productivity Suite - Basic' then set the Quantity to 1 in order to get one serial number. You may also want to purchase Nitro VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance) that entitles users to free upgrades for the next release of Nitro Pro and Premium Support for one year after the purchase date. (Premium Support is prioritized ticket support with our Technical Support staff/Nitro Customer Success and Service Team for one year after the purchase date). You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13 and to know more about some enhancements and fixes with Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Release Notes page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
