Hi,

I'm getting this error every time I startup Nitro Pro

Version 13.2.2.25

Not sure how to fix this.  Did a reinstall and that didn't resolve it.  It seems to still work fine, but I get this error every time it opens up.

Hi @Samuel Lui,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please open your Nitro Pro 13 installation then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 
At the top right, logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account. 

After these steps, please observe if you still get the same error message.

Hi...tried it and your solution works so far.  Will observe this week.   If you don't see me respond here, then everything is fine.

Thank you @Reymund G. I had the same issue, and that worked. I also had to to do a new password here.  There must've been a password reset thing.

Thank you @Reymund G., your solution worked for me.  I also had received a message from Nitrothat my password had expired, so I think that was the issue.  Logging out, and then logging back in with my new password has resolved the 401 error.
