Samuel Lui Posted October 26, 2020 Report Posted October 26, 2020 Hi, I'm getting this error every time I startup Nitro Pro https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuLejrr Version 13.2.2.25 Not sure how to fix this. Did a reinstall and that didn't resolve it. It seems to still work fine, but I get this error every time it opens up. Thanks. 1

Please open your Nitro Pro 13 installation then close the 401 error message if it shows up. At the top right, logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account. Kirby Oaks Posted October 27, 2020 Report Posted October 27, 2020 Thank you @Reymund G. I had the same issue, and that worked. I also had to to do a new password here. There must've been a password reset thing.

I also had received a message from Nitrothat my password had expired, so I think that was the issue. Logging out, and then logging back in with my new password has resolved the 401 error.
