cannot deactivate on old computer, have deactivated from account

My old computer crashed and is dead. I cannot deactivate my nitro pro on it.  I went into my account and deactivated the license from there, but how do I activate it on my new computer.  I downloaded a trial version, but it will not let me put in an activation code without paying for the trial version.   Help!!

Please send me your Nitro Pro serial number so I could check its activation records and determine the cause of activation issue.
This information will also help me confirm what is the appropriate installer you should use on your new computer.
