Jan Klug Posted October 27, 2020 Report Posted October 27, 2020 Dear all, a customer of us gets sometimes the unknown error message in Nitro PDF Pro 11 on a Terminalserver Windows Server 2019 Datacenter. So there is no eventlog or anything else. How can I troubleshoot this problem? Best Regards Jan

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -The serial number of the Nitro Pro 11 program. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Is your server PHYSICAL machine or VIRTUALIZED (e.g. XenServer, VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure or Amazon WorkSpace)? -Is the server's operating system installed as STREAMED (e.g. Citrix Provisioning Services or Machine Creation Services or Standard Microsoft Remote Desktop Server)? -Is Nitro Pro installed on the server as STREAMED (e.g. using App-V or ThinApp)? -How many users will connect to the server to access Nitro Pro? -A screen shot of the error message you are receiving and/or any important information.
