Raymond Murry 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2020 (edited) I am using NitroPro 13. Upon opening the program, the top 1/4 of the screen is cut-off with no menu bar. I have tried running a repair and restarting to no avail. I have also uninstalled the program and reinstalled without success. What is the problem? In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). Lastly, a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.
