I'm not getting any emails to allow me to reset my password which your system has said has expired.  I've checked junk box, spam filter box and antispam filters and they aren't there.  

I've tried over 10 times to get this working and not one of the emails have been received.  I need this account urgently as I have some documents I need signed but I'm unable to use it.

My apologies for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

I tried the password reset on my personal Nitro Sign account, that is associated to a Gmail email address, and it works fine. I did see the email to reset my password when I checked my Gmail account. 

I understand that you have tried it several times, but would you be so kind to check again your email? I have toggled the Reset Password on your account and it says it has been sent to your email address.
