process unsuccessful - License key already used

Dear Team

We purchase already nitro pdf editor V9 for 2 user. Recently in one system we have updated to windows 7 to Windows 10. At that time we deleted the nitro pdf editor v9. But we have source setup files for V9. So we tried to reinstall/activate. Error thrown as 'Process unsuccessful - License kay already used'. Please help to activate as soon as possible.

My serial number is : 234***************

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro license. Please try to activate again and it should be working now.

Dear Reymund we purchase 2user license nitro pro v9. in one system I activated successfully after you modify, but I want to again activate in another system for 2nd user it will give the same error like 'process unsuccessful Licence key already use'. Please help me out for activate to 2nd user.

In checking that serial number, I can see a recent activation that went successful. Could you please confirm if you still need assistance on that serial number?
