Damarys Crespo-Valedon Posted October 29, 2020 Report Share Posted October 29, 2020 My computer crashed and I had to do a factory reset and reinstall all my apps. When I tried to re-install Nitro Pro (I have a Premium account), the instructions were entering my serial number and deactivate the license. I did it several times because nothing was happening. The third time I tried it, I got the following message "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices." The only way I was able to download the app was by downloading the free trial version, which I don't need because I have a Premium account.
