Activation/Deactivation

My computer crashed and I had to do a factory reset and reinstall all my apps. When I tried to re-install Nitro Pro (I have a Premium account), the instructions were entering my serial number and deactivate the license. I did it several times because nothing was happening. The third time I tried it, I got the following message "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices." The only way I was able to download the app was by downloading the free trial version, which I don't need because I have a Premium account. I hope that the free trial version does not prevent me from being able to have full access to my previous account.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the build of the program.
