seb a Posted November 2, 2020 Report Share Posted November 2, 2020 (edited) I have an existing Nitro Pro subscription and serial which appears to be version 11 (see also cleverbridge reference number: 138****** if you wish to cross check). I had to uninstall some programs including Nitro. When I went back to reinstall there was no version 11 on your website. I installed version 13. I am now unable to activate. I have deactivated and attempted to activate as well (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) but understand that serial may only work for specific versions. I do not wish to upgrade if there are additional costs - the previous version was working fine. Please advise on how to reactive. Thank you Edited November 4, 2020 by Reymund G.
