When trying to open up a government produced PDF I get an error message

I understand that you are getting the 0x40030004 error when opening the document in Nitro Pro.
You can send me a private message and share the file that is causing the error message. 

Also, is this error happening to any PDF documents you open in Nitro Pro? Or, only on selected PDF files?

The error is ONLY happening in Nitro Pro. I can easily open it up with Adobe Acrobat Reader. I will send you the file now.
