wrong PDF being created

hi i tried converting a word doc today to pdf, but its creating and old one i have used before. i tried to clear history and covert again but it still creates the wrong doc to pdf, any thoughts to fix>?

1. What is your workflow when converting a Word to PDF?
2. Can you send sample screenshots to better describe the issue where it is creating an old or wrong document?
3. Does the same issue persists when you try to change the destination folder for converted PDFs?

i use this almost everyday to convert doc to pdf

the issue i am having is i select to covert one doc but the pdf image that comes out is a different word document if that makes senese.

if i convert img it works, but not any office fiels (ie excel, word)

Could you please share the documents so I can test the conversion myself? You can send the sample document through private message. Simply mouse hover my profile then click the 'Message' link. 

Also, what is the version of your Nitro Pro? This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
