Upgrading from Nitro 12

I would like to upgrade my Nitro 12 to the latest version at a discount, but then use the old Nitro 12 license on a different computer.  Is this possible?  What are the steps?

If you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 12 serial number:  https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade  

When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version. This means you can no longer use your Nitro Pro 12.

How many computers you need to have Nitro Pro installed?

2 Computers, so was hoping to just buy 1 new at discounted rate then have the old one to still use

Nitro Pro 12 and 13 are considered as a single-user license which means they can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'
