Activation issue

I'm not able to activate my NitroPro license because i received an error regarding the limit number of activation but if i search this license on your "check license" i've 0 in use and 2 activation available.

Can you please help us?

Please send me your Nitro Pro serial number through private message so I could check its activation records.

Thank you Reymund, i sent you in a private message the license number.

Tell me if you need something else and when i can retry to use it.

An adjustment has been made on your serial number. Please try to activate again and it should be working now.
