Doug Ward Posted November 5, 2020 Report Posted November 5, 2020 (edited) New windows install, registered owner, cannot install Nitro Pro, whines "Something is blocking Nitro from proceeding" which is zero help. We have checked your Nitro Pro 13 serial number and our server log shows you were able to activate which also generated the Computer ID 'V1rs70 - - - - - - bmzhycSs'. To validate this on your end, kindly refer to the attached screenshot (ComputerID-Deactivate-Button.png): If you are having issue activating on your second machine, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?
