David Hine Posted November 9, 2020 Report Posted November 9, 2020 I have installed nitro 12 on a new pc and have removed the old version off my old pc, but keep getting the following error msg. error.23 License number already used. When i submit a support request and enter the serial number Nitro says that i still have 2 x activations available, but still can't activate the newly installed copy. I have tried un-installing re-installing still with no luck. Please help.
