Hi There - Having a license activation issue. I was actively using Nitro on my computer and have 2 total licenses.  Now  want to use both licenses on my new laptops, during activations Error Message is showing " -23Error-License no already used."

I had already uninstalled the Nitro software from the last used laptop(formated too ).When i follow the license troubleshooting on Nitro's website, it pulls up the serial number: Status-InActive, Number of Activations--1,  Number of Activations Allowed-2.  I'm not able to use it in my 2 new laptops.

Further my Nitro Accocunt is also blocked with user id " MR.*****@YMAIL.COM" 

please help me.

Could you please provide your Nitro Pro serial number? You can send me this information through private message (mouse hover my profile then click the 'Message' link).

Also, please take a screenshot to visually describe the issue about your account getting blocked.
