I was actively using Nitro on my computer and have 2 total licenses. Now want to use both licenses on my new laptops, during activations Error Message is showing " -23Error-License no already used." I had already uninstalled the Nitro software from the last used laptop(formated too ).When i follow the license troubleshooting on Nitro's website, it pulls up the serial number: Status-InActive, Number of Activations--1, Number of Activations Allowed-2. I'm not able to use it in my 2 new laptops. Further my Nitro Accocunt is also blocked with user id " MR.*****@YMAIL.COM" please help me. Edited November 9, 2020 by Reymund G.
