Need help to change email address for Nitrosign

Hi, I cannot change the email address for Nitrosign account. It says the new email is already in use. But I cannot log in use the new email either. What should I do in such circumstances? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi 

I also face the similar issue and would like to change the email ID of my Nitro cloud account 

The current issue is that the when i try to login into the account then it says that the password is expired and a password reset link is sent on email . but i don't receive the email . 

 

Can i change the email of the cloud account ?

I have been having the same issue as the original poster (I cannot change the email address on my Nitro Sign account).
