Issues activating Nitro Pro 11 after an OS reinstall

Hi there.

 

I'm having some issues activating a new installation of Nitro Pro 11. I deactivated the previous installation, but in the new device I'm getting an error that says the licence has been used. I also tried deactivating it from https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal, but a windows pops up saying "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices."

 

Can you help me to activate this new installation, please?
