I deactivated the previous installation, but in the new device I'm getting an error that says the licence has been used. I also tried deactivating it from https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal, but a windows pops up saying "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices." Can you help me to activate this new installation, please? Thank You!
