Re-Installing Nitro on a new PC

Recommended Posts

Posted

I purchased nitro a few months back and I recently upgraded my laptop, however once redownloading and signing into my nitro account it is requesting my serial number which I never received as initially I downloaded through the email confirmation link. I also never received a sales invoice receipt, is this something anyone can help with?

I also can't contact the nitro team without my serial number, neither can find an actual telephone number to give them a call.

Thanks

Hello @Lewis Mruk,

Thank you for the private message.

To further assist you, please install Nitro Pro 13.30 using below direct MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13302587/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13302587/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number (privately sent to you).

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
