Rolando Martinez Posted November 10, 2020 Report Share Posted November 10, 2020 I am currently trying to migrate my NitroPro 12 license to a new PC. I have used the original software's menus to deactivate the license as well as the license portal. The latter shows that the license is active, it has 2 allowable activations, and zero activations are currently in use. However, when I attempt to activate the NitroPro 12 software on the new PC, I receive an "-23: Error - License number already used". It seems that I have followed the instructions published in your message boards to the letter to no avail. Please provide assistance as soon as feasible.
