Hi,

We currently have two issues with sharing documents:

  1. When we share a document that has been edited or a signature added from quick sign such as on a covering letter, the recipient who we share it with can't open it. It just comes up with a spinning wheel. Why is this happening and how can we fix it?
  2. Is there a way to share a document and the recipient can download the shared document without creating a nitro account? We don't want the recipient to have to create a nitro account.

Look forward to help on this.

Hi @Spire Business Services Pty Ltd,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please allow to collect more information about your concern. I have outlined my questions below:

1. Is the issue about not being able to open a document that has been signed in Nitro Pro using Quicksign happening to all the documents?
2. What is the version and build of the Nitro Pro used to sign the document using Quicksign?
3. How did you share the document to the recipient? Was it through email with PDF attachment or you use Nitro Sign to share the document?
4. What is the PDF software used by the recipient to open the document?
5. Can you share a copy of that document so we can test and see if the issue can reproduced on our end?

Regarding the sharing of document, Nitro Sign is the recommended way to share documents online. If creating a Nitro Sign account on the recipient side is not possible,  you can share the document by sending them an email (using your email) and attach the document.

Kind regards,
