Jarrod Zurcher Posted November 12, 2020 Report Posted November 12, 2020 Good afternoon, I am also having trouble activating my Nitro Pro 12 license... I believe it's due to the fact that I only have a Nitro Pro 13 trial on this computer though not sure. I deactivated a license to have a license available, but it doesn't work. How can I re-install Pro 12 so I can activate it on my computer? Thank you.

Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13 on your computer then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - click the ' Download Nitro Pro 12 link' Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number. If you encounter an error message during the activation, please take a screenshot of the error message then provide your version 12 serial number. Kind regards,
Jarrod Zurcher Posted November 19, 2020 Report Posted November 19, 2020 Great, couldn't find the page with the previous version. Thank you! I deactivated the license earlier today on an old computer but it still says "-23: Error - License number already used." Is there delay in that process?
