Cant activate Nitro 12 - deactivated on other machine

Hi,

I'm not able to activate my NitroPro license because i received an error regarding the limit number of activation but if i search this license on your "check license" i've 0 in use and 2 activation available.

Can you please help us?

Good afternoon,

I am also having trouble activating my Nitro Pro 12 license... I believe it's due to the fact that I only have a Nitro Pro 13 trial on this computer though not sure.  I deactivated a license to have a license available, but it doesn't work.  How can I re-install Pro 12 so I can activate it on my computer?  Thank you.

OK, mea culpa. earlier today I was frustrated that nothing was happening, so I requested a refund. Now to email the refund people and tell them to ignore that.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13 on your computer then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - click the ' Download Nitro Pro 12 link'

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number. If you encounter an error message during the activation, please take a screenshot of the error message then provide your version 12 serial number.

Great, couldn't find the page with the previous version.  Thank you!  I deactivated the license earlier today on an old computer but it still says  "-23: Error  - License number already used."  Is there delay in that process?
