As we are updating our sharing point, we dont' know what happened today with Nitro Pro as it is not opening in one of the computers. This is the message not allowing Nitro to open: Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. Please re-try activation. If you still encounter an error please contact support. I have logged into our licensing server and I can see you were able to activate today. To know more about the status of your program, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26).
