Move pages between documents (not copy) (thumbnail view)

The user guide says:

Copy and paste pages between instances

To copy and paste individual pages from a document in one window to a document in another window, do the following:

• Open thumbnail preview in both Nitro Pro windows, select a page, drag it to another window and drop into desired location of thumbnail preview of another window.

I want to move pages (not copy). Move operation removes page from initial file. After the above operation there are 2 copies of the page, one in each file. How do I move rather than copy using this drag and drop method?
