No licence available but the Number of Activations Allowed is 2

Hello

I've 3 licences Nitro (2xpro, 1xproductivity suite).

After the renewal of the computer park I have to reinstall 3 NITRO software.
After having deactivated the licenses on the "gonitro" website, I have 2 licenses available but unfortunately I cannot perform the installation since the system indicates to me that there is no license available
How to do !!!!
