I believe the error is 401 instead of 400, could you please confirm share a screenshot? If the error is 401, please open your Nitro Pro installation then close the 401 error message if it shows up. At the top right, logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account. After these steps, please observe if you still get the same error message.
