Martin Ellicott 0 Report post Posted November 17, 2020 (edited) Hi All, I've installed Nitro Pro 10 on Windows 10 64bit, and am unable to convert a Word doc to a PDF. I'm given a message saying 'The creation process encountered an error, and failed to create the PDF file.' How can I troubleshoot this to find out what the issue is? The Word doc was created in Office 2016, and has 'Test 1' in it! Is there a debugging option I can switch on? Or log I can look at?
