Kyle Murphy Posted November 17, 2020 Report Posted November 17, 2020 I got a new computer and my current one has Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425. I deactivated it and found an installer for Nitro Pro 11.0.8. It will not activate on the new computer though even though it says no licenses are in use. Does it have to be the exact same version? If so, then how are we supposed to get older versions? Thank you
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted November 17, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Posted November 17, 2020 Hello @Kyle Murphy, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted November 18, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Posted November 18, 2020 Hello @Kyle Murphy, Thank you for the private message. Upon checking the serial number you have provided, it is for Nitro Pro 12 not version 11. To further assist you, kindly uninstall the version you currently have by going to Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features, reboot your machine and download Nitro Pro 12 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-xxx713. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
Kyle Murphy Posted November 18, 2020 Author Report Posted November 18, 2020 That worked! Thank you for helping out
