ASG-000 Posted November 18, 2020 Report Posted November 18, 2020 Hello, I had to re-install the OS due to a hardware failure of my laptop (Motherboard and few other things were replaced under warranty). I tried to activate Nitro Pro 12 and it gives the following error: -23: Error - License Number Already Used Please note that I already deactivated the product from following link: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Anyway to resolve this issue? Michael Murray Posted November 20, 2020 Report Posted November 20, 2020 Hi, I have deactivated my license on my laptop and it shows 2 licenses available. When I go into NitroPro 12 and try to activate my license, it does not happen.
