DPP Helpdesk Posted November 18, 2020 Report Share Posted November 18, 2020 Hello, I deactivated Nitro Pro 11 from an old laptop and installed it on a new laptop. It was working fine then 2 months later the user received a notice that the trial version is going to expire in 1 day. I tried to active Nitro Pro 11 and received 23-error. Please advise.
