SN activation

Hello, 

I am trying to activate my Nitro account and when I enter the SN I get the error: "The serial number does not exist. Click "back" and make sure you have entered the serial number correctly. If you still encounter problems, please contact support via the link below." 

From the support site, when I enter the serial number (234***-******-******) I can see that I still one activation left and that the serial number is valid. Can you please assist?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Your serial number is a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. Please uninstall Nitro Pro on your computer then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12 ' link.

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number.
