Click "back" and make sure you have entered the serial number correctly. If you still encounter problems, please contact support via the link below." From the support site, when I enter the serial number (234***-******-******) I can see that I still one activation left and that the serial number is valid. Can you please assist? Your serial number is a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. Please uninstall Nitro Pro on your computer then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12 ' link.
