error 401 and print size issue

I am getting an "error 401" popup each time I engage NitroPro, yet I am still able to create and save pdfs.

However, when I go to print, the 8 1/2 X 11 image the pdf purports to be, prints in reduced size rather than full 8 1/2 X 11. 

I am running v. 13.2.2.25 and have run the repair modification with no luck.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please open your Nitro Pro installation then close the 401 error message if it shows up. At the top right, logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account. 
After these steps, please observe if you still get the same error message.

Regarding the printing, could you please share your printing workflow and a copy of the image so we can check if the issue can be reproduced on our end?

The  print issue was not related to the 401 error message and has been resolved
