Could you please check which specific build of Nitro Pro 12 is installed on your computer? You can check this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Also, if you right-click a Word document in Windows Explorer then select 'Convert to PDF with Nitro Pro', is the conversion successful? Or, nothing happens as well? Have you tried repairing your Nitro Pro installation and see if it helps fixing the issue? You can repair Nitro Pro through the Windows' Control Panel > Programs and Features.
