Create PDF and Combine PDF stuck on Uploading folder

Hi,

When dragging word files to Nitro(creating PDF) this is just loading and nothing happens.

Also, when combining PDF it stuck in half bar conversion.

I wonder if someone can help me out.

I am using Nitro Pro v12.

Could you please check which specific build of Nitro Pro 12 is installed on your computer? You can check this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

Also, if you right-click a Word document in Windows Explorer then select 'Convert to PDF with Nitro Pro', is the conversion successful? Or, nothing happens as well?

Have you tried repairing your Nitro Pro installation and see if it helps fixing the issue? You can repair Nitro Pro through the Windows' Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thanks for your response.

I have already repair, reinstalled but still the same.

Delete all temp files.
