Frankie Spowart 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2020 Hi. I’m new to Nitro Pro and have a problem. I’m updating a map PDF at work that takes people to the nearest access point. I’m basically adding a push button to add What3Words to the map for each access point. I’ve managed to add the button and on a normal PDF on desktop PC the What3words picture icon appears and works ok. The maps are mainly to be used from an iPad or iPhone as it’s for mobile (outside) use and that’s the problem because on an iPad or iPhone, the push button isn’t displayed correctly and it appears as a grey box and no icon (picture) which looks rubbish! Ive changed a few settings such as background etc, but the picture just refuses to display when on an idevice. Any idea how I can correct this? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
