Thomas Ling, III Posted November 23, 2020 Report Share Posted November 23, 2020 I have a user that is experiencing on and off issues with Nitro Pro PDF Ver 13. When converting documents the user will get either blank pages or pages that have the information on said document completely cut off or not there and only partial of the document is present. There is no consistent behavior as it is sporadic when it occurs. I have examples of what happens to a document and what the previous file looked like.
