Error Occur when resolving resources

Good Day All,

I need assistance.  I am trying to install Nitro 13/12 on my pc and when I try do so, I get an error stating  "something is blocking Nitro from processing" "error occur when resolving resources"

I have checked that the proxy server is off and I have also check windows security options and turned off the firewall.  I also uninstalled the current antivirus but I am still getting this issue.

Please note that my issue has been sorted out, I managed to download the Nitro pro 13 offline installers an i activated it.  Everything is now working.
