John Challoner Posted November 23, 2020 Report Posted November 23, 2020 Drawing display scale at 100% is inaccurate. Print out is accurate. Had this problem before on earlier versions. Cannot remember how to fix this. Really annoying. I am having to see true scale in adobe reader.

Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted November 24, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Posted November 24, 2020 Hello @John Challoner, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! To further troubleshooting this, kindly run Nitro Pro with higher DPI mode by referring to these steps: 1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13) then select Properties 2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on Compatibility tab 3. Under Settings, click on Change high DPI settings. 4. Another Nitro Pro Properties window will open. 5. Enable 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' 6. OK > OK to save the setting and test Nitro Pro again. If that did not help, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26). Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
John Challoner Posted November 24, 2020 Author Report Posted November 24, 2020 Hello Allain, The solution did not work. How do I upload a screenshot?

John Challoner Posted January 31, 2021 Author Report Posted January 31, 2021 Hello Allain, Due to illness in December, I missed the recommended upgrade version 13.30.2.587 containing the enhancements to DPI scaling and have today upgraded to the latest version 13.30.2.645. My scaling problem still exists. Also, the above link x64 does not work. Please advise on my next step. Thank you. Regards, John
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 1, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Posted February 1, 2021 Hello @John Challoner, Instead of updating to Nitro Pro 13.30, please update to 13.33 using this x64-bit direct MSI link: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13332645/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
John Challoner Posted February 2, 2021 Author Report Posted February 2, 2021 Hello Allain, I still have the problem after downloading update 13.33 and re-starting my computer. To give an example of this problem - a measure of 4.8 metres on one of my scaled drawings actually measures 4.2 metres. If I open the same pdf drawing in Acrobat, the measure is correct at 4.8 metres.
