Can't reset my password for a separate account on Nitro Cloud

Hello,

I have another separate, Individual account for Nitro Cloud that I'm having trouble logging into.

When I click on the link in the email to get to the webpage to reset my password for that account, the moment I create my new password and click [Reset Password] - I got this error message. See below.

What does this error code mean?

Is there another way I can still reset my password for my other account on Nitro Cloud?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the other email address you are having issue resetting Nitro Sign password?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
