Lindy Lisenby Posted November 25, 2020 Report Share Posted November 25, 2020 I had a trial 13, it expired. I bought the Nitro13. I tried to use the serial # on the expired program it didn't accept the serial # I deleted that program downloaded a new version of the 13. The download gets to 94%, stops then dialog box states Nitro Pro Setup wizard has failed. We also have a Brother printer connected to the computer. We have a few computers computers running Nitro Pro 13 and the same situation has occurred but I can remember how to solve it.Really need this program to work tomorrow!!!
