Kristel Vdv Posted November 25, 2020 Report Share Posted November 25, 2020 Hi Since a few weeks (after and update of MS Office), my Nitro Pro license has reverted to trial mode and I'm unable to re-activate it. I've tried a lot of things. I've even uninstalled Nitro Pro and re-installed it. But it says that my serial number does not exist. I've also de-activated the license (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) but still it does not want to reactive. Can you please help!
