Nitro Pro 11 Unable to open PDF file on Webdav Drive

Hello,

 

I'm unable to open the pdf file that stored on Webdav drive.

The document sometime can opened, and sometime couldn't opened too.

When i opened the file, just show blank (not opened any file).

I'm using Nitro Pro 11.0.5.271. (https://imgur.com/B04K3Z0)

Please help regarding this issue.
