Laura Kelly Posted November 26, 2020 Report Share Posted November 26, 2020 I have an installation file for Nitro 5 (I know, I know it's ancient and unsupported) and it's always installed fine. We have 5 serial numbers. But I have tried to install on a new machine and it is erroring saying the side-by-side cannot be found. Can I please get a new copy of the installation file for 64bit machines if it's still possible? We only use it for very simple, specific things now and again.
