Nitro Pro 9 Serial Numbers Failing Upgrade Eligibility Check

My Medical Practice have 5 licenses for Nitro Pro v9 and we are trying to upgrade following Windows 10 installation.  The portal advises they are unable to validate any of our 5 serial numbers.  Can this be looked at urgently please as we use this daily.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide one serial number of your Nitro Pro 9?

I have made adjustments on your 5 Nitro Pro 9 serial numbers so please try upgrading them again to Nitro Pro 13 with discounted rate.

Kindly revisit our Upgrade Portal and enter one serial number at a time.
