Form sent to me says it allows filling out but type text is grayed out

I was sent a pdf form to fill out. When I open the file in Nitro Pro 13 it says the form has security and shows the options allowed which include filling in form fields and signing but these are greyed out in the tool bar.

Nevermind, I opened the document, choose "print to pdf" then opened it with Nitro Pro 13 and it worked
