Charles Hamack Posted November 28, 2020 Report Share Posted November 28, 2020 No surprise to cannot upgrade to 13 from 12 because your system does not recognise the product code. With no way to do this without buying the product over again. I am forced to use another product that may allow for upgrade unless someone at Nitro can fix the problem. So whats next?
