error 401 appears when i try to open a pdf or Nitro pro

every time I try to open Nitro pro i receive a (401 error) I also get the same error wen I open any pdf

Please open your Nitro Pro installation then close the 401 error message if it shows up. At the top right, logout then login again using your Nitro Sign account. 
After these steps, please observe if you still get the same error message.

thanks for your reply. I had tried it but it did not work

i bought the latest version and that did the job
